CONDICIONES GENERALES

2. Este reglamento determina las condiciones generales de hacer pedidos y vender los productos ofrecidos en la tienda online http://www.fajerwerkibiegun..com
3. Pedir algo en la tienda equivale a aceptar las condiciones de este reglamento.
4. De acuerdo con las leyes en vigor la venta de los materiales pirotécnicos se realiza sólo a personas mayores de edad. Como no es posible verificar la edad del cliente a través del Internet, el Cliente acepta que ésta sea controlada por la empresa suministradora.
5. El contrato de venta de las mercancias se lo concluye de acuerdo con la ley polaca y en lengua polaca.
PEDIDOS Y SU REALIZACIÓN
1. Para hacer un pedido no es imprescindible registarse. El pedido se lo hace a través de un formulario de pedidos accesible en la página http://www.fajerwerkibiegun..com
2. Para llevar a cabo la transacción es necesario proporcionar en el formulario de pedidos correctos datos personales del Cliente, en especial:
- dirección de alojamiento correcta,
- número de teléfono de contacto correcto,
- dirección electrónica correcta y actual.
La Tienda no se hace responsable por las consecuencias de los errores y datos incorrectos proporcionados por el Cliente.
3. La Tienda se reserva el derecho de verificar los pedidos recibidos y rechazarlos en el caso de dudas justificadas en cuanto a su calidad y buena fe.
4. Una vez recibido el pedido se notificara del hecho al Cliente por vía electrónica. Asimismo el cliente recibirá un mensaje e-mail informándole sobre todos los datos relacionados con el estado del pedido, su fecha de realización así como el número del envío y el contacto con la empresa suministradora.
5. Los pedidos se pueden hacer de la página web las 24 horas al día durante todo el ano.
6. El plazo de realización del pedido empieza a transcurrir en el momento de registar el pago y depende de los productos seleccionados. Dicho tiempo no abarca el tiempo llevado por el transporte

En los meses de noviembre a diciembre el plazo de entrega puede alargarse a unos 14 días.
PAGOS
1. Los Clientes de la tienda http://www.fajerwerkibiegun..com aceptan el comprobante de venta sin firma.
2. A cada transacción le corresponde un comprobante que constituye prueba de dicha transacción. A petición expresa del Cliente se emite también una factura IVA. Al querer recibirla hay que avisar de eso a la hora de hacer el pedido.
3. A disposición del Cliente hay las siguientes formas de pago:
- con tarjeta de crédito - cantidad pendiente se cobrara a través del sistema
- transferencia directa al numero de cuenta bancaria proporcionado en la página web de la tienda.
RECLAMACIONES Y DEVOLUCIONES DE LA MERCANCIA
1. Devoluciones de la mercancía. Licencias anónimas: de acuerdo con la “Ley del día 02.03.2000 sobre la protección de algunos derechos de los consumidores y sobre la responsabilidad por los danos causados por un producto peligroso”, el cliente puede devolver la mercancía sin explicar el motivo de la devolución en plazo de 14 días a partir de la fecha de recibir el envío siempre y cuando la mercancía en cuestión no esté de ninguna forma danada o usada. Las devoluciones se deben enviar a la dirección de:

2. El cliente cubre los gastos del envío de la devolución. La Tienda regresa sólo el importe que corresponde a la mercancía devuelta. La Tienda no acepta envíos realizados contra reembolso.
3. Reclamaciones. Si la mercancía proporcionada presenta defectos de fabricación el cliente tiene derecho a recibir el producto reparado o a la sustitución del producto por otro carente de defectos. En tal situación rogamos contacte con nosotros por e-mail.
4. Las reclamaciones se deciden por la Tienda en plazo maximo de 14 días laborales a partir de la fecha de notificarnos sobre el problema. De las decisiones tomadas la Tienda le informa al Cliente vía e-mail a la dirección proporcionada por el Cliente en el formulario de pedidos.

Who do we share your personal information with?

- statistical and archiving,
- for a maximum of 10 years from the date of completion of the contract.
We store your personal data for marketing purposes for the duration of the contract or until you object to such processing, whichever occurs first.
In the case of the organization of loyalty programs, competitions and promotional campaigns in which you can take part - we will process your data for the duration and the period of settlement of awards. In order to ensure accountability, ie to prove compliance with the provisions on the processing of personal data, we will store data for the period in which Biegun Pirotechnika is obliged to maintain data or documents containing them to document the fulfillment of legal requirements and enable control of their compliance by public authorities.

LA LEGALIDAD DE LOS PRODUCTOS
1. Todos los productos pertenecen a la clase de seguridad de trasporte 1.4g, 1.3g y a la clase explosiva 1,2 y 3 ( segun la ley polaca, no se requiere un perismo oficial para utilizarlos). Se admiten en la circulación mercantil en toda la Unión Europea (tienen el certificado UE). A cada pedido adjuntamos un comprobante fiscal, o al deseo expreso del cliente una factura IVA.
2.La venta se hace en el territorio de la Polónia entonces és completamente legal. Antes de entrega, verifican por favor todas las disposiciones legales sobre fuegos artificiales y sobre todo si son admtidos en su pais.
RESOLUCIONES FINALES
1. Al mandar el pedido el cliente acepta este reglamento.
