2. O regulamento define as regras de encomenda e de venda dos produtos acessíveis na Loja on-line http://www.fajerwerkibiegun.com
3. Fazer um pedido implica a aceitaçao de todos os regulamentos da Loja.
4. De acordo com as leis actuais, a venda dos materiais pirotécnicos é permitida exclusivamente para as pessoas adultas.
Por causa de que não é possível verificar a idade do Cliente antes de enviar o pedido, o Cliente concorda que os seus dados vao ser examinados pelo mensageiro no momento de entrega do produto.
5. O contrato de venda de produtos está de acordo com a legislaçao polaca e está escrito em polaco.
Realizaçao e execuçao do pedido
1. Para realizar umo pedido não é preciso registrar uma conta. O pedido efectua-se através do formulário localizado na página http://www.fajerwerkibiegun.com
2. Para executar a transacçao de venda o Cliente tem de indicar no formulário todos os dados corretos. A especial importância tem:
-o endereço exacto e correto,
-o número de telefone exacto e correto,
- o email válido, usado actualmente para o envio de correspondencia.
A Loja não é responsável pela informaçao errada indicada no formulário e pelas consequencias resultantes desta situaçao.
3. A Loja reserva-se o direito a verificar o pedido realizada e também a anulaçao dela em caso de dúvidas quanto a confiabilidade do pedido.
4. Depois de realizar o pedido na Loja o Cliente recebe uma confirmaçao por email. Dentro do email poderá encontrar toda a informaçao relacionada com o status do seu pedido e o tempo necessário para a sua finalizaçao, como também os detalhes de contacto ao mensageiro.
5. Os pedidos feitos através da página web podem ser enviadas 24 horas por dia durante todo o ano.
6. O prazo de entrega é contado a partir da chegada do pagamento e é diferente para vários produtos. O tempo de realizaçao do pedido não inclui o tempo de envio.
Entre novembro e dezembro o tempo de entrega pode ser prorrogado aos 14 dias.
Pagamento
1. Os Clientes que fazem compras na Loja http://www.fajerwerkibiegun.com concordam em emitir o documento de venda sem firma.
2. Normalmente é emitido um recibo que constitui a prova de compra. Se o Cliente desejar, pode-se também emitir uma factura IVA. Por favor, indica isso ao realizar o pedido.
3. O Cliente pode escolher entre os seguintes métodos de pagamento:
• cartao de crédito – taxa cobrada através do serviço DotPay,
• transferencia bancária ao número da conta escrita no nosso site,
Reclamaçoes e devoluçoes dos bens adquiridos
1. Devoluçoes dos bens adquiridos. Licenças anónimas: de acordo com „A Lei de 02.03.2000 sobre a protecçao de alguns dos direitos dos consumidores e sobre a responsabilidade por danos causados por produto perigoso” é possível anular o pedido por qualquer motivo dentro de 14 dias a partir da data de entrega, com a condiçao de que os produtos devolvidos não foram danificados nem utilizados. As devoluçoes devem ser enviadas ao seguinte endereço:

2. Todos os gastos relacionados com a devolução serão assumidos pelo Cliente. A Loja reembolsa apenas o preço do produto. A Loja não aceita pacotes contrareembolso.
3. Reclamaçoes. Se o produto tem alguns defeitos de fabricaçao, o Cliente tem o direito a receber este produto com o defeito removido ou a obter um produto igual sem defeitos. Neste caso, por favor, contacta-nos por email.
4. A Loja tem 14 dias laborais para considerar a reclamaçao a partir do momento de apresentaçao da queixa. O resultado final deste processo é enviado por representantes da Loja ao email indicado pelo Cliente no formulário do pedido.

Who do we share your personal information with?
We provide your personal data to parties of transactions that you include at Biegun Pirotechnika and entities supporting us in the provision of electronic services, namely those that provide payment, credit, insurance, courier services, perform consulting or auditing services, support Biegun Pirotechnika users, support the promotion of offers, they cooperate as part of marketing campaigns. How long do we keep your personal data?
We store your personal data for the duration of the contract concluded with you, as well as after its completion for the purposes of:
-pursuing claims in connection with the performance of the contract,
- performance of obligations resulting from legal regulations, including in particular tax and accounting,
- preventing abuse and fraud,
- statistical and archiving,
- for a maximum of 10 years from the date of completion of the contract.
We store your personal data for marketing purposes for the duration of the contract or until you object to such processing, whichever occurs first.
In the case of the organization of loyalty programs, competitions and promotional campaigns in which you can take part - we will process your data for the duration and the period of settlement of awards. In order to ensure accountability, ie to prove compliance with the provisions on the processing of personal data, we will store data for the period in which Biegun Pirotechnika is obliged to maintain data or documents containing them to document the fulfillment of legal requirements and enable control of their compliance by public authorities.

Legalidade dos produtos
1. Todos os nossos produtos cumprem requisitos da classe de segurança do transpoprte 1.4g, 1.3g e classe esplosiva 1,2,3 (segundo la lei polaca, não necessitam de permissão especial). São comercializados em toda a União Europeia (têm o certificado CE). Cado pedido realizada confirma-se com um recibo, ou com uma factura IVA emitida a pedido do Cliente.
2. A venda se faz no território da Polónia portanto é totalmente legal. Antes da entrega, verifiquem por favor as dispocições legais sobre os fogos de artificio e sobretudo se são admitidos no vosso pais.
